Designed by Mitchell & Associates and Dan Maples, Golf Course Architect, this community accommodates 589 single family and attached condominium units. Amenities include a championship 18 hole golf course, clubhouse, and a series of deep trout ponds.

This community focuses on the outstanding views all around. The road system features broad sweeping views and straight alignments oriented to fairway vistas and expansive views across ponds. Each residence features siting which provides a view of the golf course, most of which have a dramatic view along the length of a fairway or overlooking a putting green.
