The Town of Old Orchard Beach undertook a major renovation of the main commercial street from Town Hall to the beach. The goal of the project was to improve the image of the town and encourage investment by business and property owners. The scope of the project included infrastructure replacement, extensive sidewalk reconstruction, street planting, period street lighting, ADA compliance, street furnishings and a pedestrian town square with a fountain as a focal element. Landscape architectural services included design development, preparation of final construction documents and construction administration.
