Sanctuary Cove

Sanctuary Cove is currently being developed on the former Camp Manasseh property on Woods Pond in Bridgton, Maine. The subdivision plan reconfigured the site to include 18 lots, four of which have water frontage.

The subdivision has been designed to integrate the proposed homes into the environment while simultaneously minimizing visual impacts, maintaining the water quality of Woods Pond and preserving the existing trees and vegetation on the property. Most of the existing cottages have been preserved and renovated, several of which are relocated to the waterfront lots.

Mitchell & Associates prepared project plans, obtained local and state approvals, prepared construction documentation and provided construction observation and administration services.
