Small Elementary School

Small Elementary School is a 232 student (neighborhood) K-3 elementary school designed on a 10.6 acre site of the former Small Elementary School in the City of South Portland. Services included site evaluation, design development, coordination with the Master Building Committee, approval documentation for local planning board approval, preparation of construction documents and construction administration. The site development included construction of a new school building, vehicular circulation and parking, installation of athletic fields, tennis courts and a playground.
