Sugarloaf is a four season residential resort development located at Sugarloaf Mountain in Carrabassett Valley, Maine. Mitchell & Associates prepared a Master Plan for a multi-phased community of mixed use residential neighborhoods that included attached residential condominiums, single family detached units, the Sugarloaf Inn and common recreational facilities. This community was designed to provide direct access to a chair lift from various neighborhood pods with a trail system leading to the lift.
