Village Woods

Village Woods is a multi-phase senior housing development located on a 25 acre wooded site in York, Maine. Village Woods was designed to provide an emphasis on independent living for the elderly in need of affordable residential accommodations.

Phase 1 consisted of three, 2-story buildings, totaling 36 units. Phase 2 consisted of 40 units in a single multi-story building designed and sited to take advantage of views on the property and to minimize the disturbance of existing vegetation. An existing residence was converted to a community center and offices for York Senior Housing.
